1. General

2. Orders

5. Return shipment
5.1. A return period of seven (7) working days applies to all deliveries, within which an article can be returned to Printing-clothes.com.
5.2. Returns are only possible if the products are damaged.
5.3. Personalized items such as masks with a personalized print cannot be returned.
5.4. Articles can be returned within the term without obligation, but only after prior notification to Printing-clothes.com.
5.5. The return period starts on the day of actual delivery of the article on behalf of Printing-clothes.com.
5.6. Articles that you send in deviation from the instructions given by or on behalf of Printing-clothes.com will in principle not be accepted. The transport costs of the return shipment will then be for your account.
